1. DEFINITION AND SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/p>

1.1 \u2013 This contract (\u201cContract\u201d) is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (\u201cConsumer Code\u201d). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between R.G.V. SRL, Via Giovanni XXIII, 11 22072 Cermenate (CO) Italy and the consumer (the \u201cCustomer\u201d). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by R.G.V. SRL of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the internet, following the invitation to offer contained in the website shop.rgv.it (the \u2018Website\u2019), on the basis of the methods described in Article 3 below.<\/p>

1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale (\u2018General Terms and Conditions\u2019) and, in particular, the information referred to in Article 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by R.G.V. SRL and reported on the Website, shall remain valid and effective until they are amended and\/or supplemented by R.G.V. SRL. Any amendments and\/or additions to the General Terms and Conditions shall be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and shall apply to sales made from that date onwards. The latest updated version of the General Terms and Conditions is available on the Website.<\/p>

2. PRICES<\/p>

The sales prices of the products shown on the Website include VAT and any other taxes. Delivery costs are indicated on the Website and may vary depending on the weight and volume of individual packages.<\/p>

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS<\/p>

3.1 \u2013 Purchases of available products, as illustrated and described online in the relevant technical data sheets, are made by the customer at the current price indicated, including VAT, to be confirmed at the time of placing the order, plus shipping costs and in any case displayed at the time of purchase. The functions and characteristics described in the technical data sheets are provided by the manufacturer. R.G.V. SRL declines all responsibility for any changes or inaccuracies. The photos used for the product data sheets, while reflecting the main characteristics, may differ in colour or in some details.<\/p>

3.2 \u2013 Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown a summary of the unit cost of each selected product, the total order line, the total cost of the order in the case of multiple products, and any shipping costs.<\/p>

3.3 \u2013 The customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of their purchase order. If the customer does not receive any confirmation, the purchase order shall be considered cancelled.<\/p>

3.4 \u2013 The customer will be allowed to choose one of the payment methods that will be clearly listed on the website and that will be considered valid by R.G.V. SRL.<\/p>

3.5 \u2013 FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE PRODUCT WARRANTY (as per the 24-month law), THE ORDER CONFIRMATION SENT BY R.G.V. SRL UPON COMPLETION OF THE PURCHASE BY THE CUSTOMER SHALL BE DEEMED AUTHENTIC. For online sales, which are treated as mail order sales for VAT purposes, there is an EXEMPTION FROM THE CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT. Such sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice, unless requested by the customer at the time of ordering (ONLY FOR VAT-REGISTERED ENTITIES), and are also exempt from the obligation to provide certification by means of a receipt or tax receipt (Art. 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633\/1972) pursuant to Art. 2 of Presidential Decree No. 696 of 21 December 1996.<\/p>

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS \u2013 COMPLAINTS<\/p>

4.1 \u2013 R.G.V. SRL delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 30 (thirty) days of the conclusion of the Contract, as required by the Consumer Code; in the case of orders paid for in advance by bank transfer, the products are delivered within 30 working days from the date on which the total order amount is credited to our bank account.<\/p>

4.2 \u2013 Upon receipt, the customer is required to verify that the product delivered to them complies with the order placed; the customer must sign the delivery note indicating \u2018subject to verification of the integrity of the products\u2019; if this does not occur, the customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered to them and their compliance with the order placed.<\/p>

4.3 \u2013 Any complaints may be sent to the following address: R.G.V. SRL, Via Giovanni XXIII, 11 22072 Cermenate (CO) Italy<\/p>

4.4 \u2013 Goods are delivered \u201cEX SELLER\u2019S WAREHOUSE\u201d. The clause \u2018ex seller's warehouse\u2019 included in the contract indicates that the goods must be delivered to the customer\/buyer or their representative (e.g. shipper) at the seller's warehouse. All costs relating to the transport of the goods are borne by the buyer, as are the related risks.<\/p>

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/p>

R.G.V. SRL accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products available in stock. Therefore, acceptance by R.G.V. SRL of the purchase proposal submitted by the<\/p>

The customer's order is subject to the availability of the products in stock. R.G.V. SRL undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any unforeseen stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
