DOLLY VERTICALE VS 300/S CEP+BLC
Professional slicer designed to cut large pieces of cold cuts, cheese, bread, and fish. The line, with its attention to detail, wide radii, and no sharp edges, allows for easy and complete cleaning, also guaranteed by the BLC system, a sliding carriage lock that allows the product plate and its support to be removed, providing convenient access even to the area below the plate itself. In this case, a special safety mechanism allows disassembly only when the slice adjustment partition is in the “0” position so that the blade is completely protected.
