Designed in accordance with current safety standards, this slicer has the following features:
- EASY CLEAN SYSTEM: tilting plate for quick cleaning of the cutting area;
- Pressmerch with plastic base, REMOVABLE and DISHWASHER SAFE;
- NEW sharpening unit with lower protection, die-cast aluminum base, lacquered with two coats of paint plus transparent food-grade coating;
- Blade cover and plate in die-cast aluminum protected with anodic oxidation;
- Professional-grade ventilated motor to limit heating and make it quiet;
- Blade shaft mounted on double bearings, making the slicer quiet;
- Professional blade, hardened, ground, and hard chrome-plated to maintain cutting efficiency for as long as possible.
