KELLY VC 350/S-K CEP+BLC
Professional slicer particularly suitable for cutting meat of various sizes. Equipped with a double cast aluminium meat plate for easier cleaning and cutting. The wide-radius, edge-free design allows for easy and thorough cleaning, guaranteed also by the BLC system (sliding carriage lock), which allows the meat tray and its support to be removed, providing convenient access even to the area underneath the tray itself. in this case, a special safety mechanism allows it to be removed only when the slice adjustment partition is in the ‘0’ position so that the blade is completely protected.
